Dr Hannah and staff look after our family. We make our appointments in advance for ongoing chronic health management for 3 members of our 4 member family all with multiple health conditions.The time we receive and thorough care is worth the wait and we are grateful for the caring doctors we see including Dr Hannah and Dr Florendo.
Extremely unhelpful. Doctor Hannah is great - if you can get in to see her - even then you have to wait almost an hour past your appt time. I had recently gone on holiday and forgot my usual cholesterol medication. I rang them and would not help me. Wasn't asking for the world to be changed. Just to help whilst away. Not happy. Will not go back. Will have my history transferred some where else now. The stress that this has caused me was not necessary. Common sense please.
Dr Hannah Perfecto is hands down the best doctor i've ever had. Pro-active, thorough, attentive and genuinely caring. I got bounced around from doctor to doctor looking for answers when I knew something was wrong. I came to Dr. Perfecto and she listened carefully to my symptoms and then ordered a number of tests which promptly came back with an accurate diagnosis, then helped me with follow up treatments and plans for the future. No wonder she is booked out all the time. Highly recommended.
Dedicated team of doctors,nurses and receptionist. All doctors are welcoming to patients and are very thorough throughout the appointment.hours may very from weekdays to weekends,best to call first :)
A fantastic general practice service! I have seen a number of doctors there and received really great expert care every time. And there will be a couple of new females doctors joining the expending practice soon!
