Did not treat an emergency as an emergency. Waited hours while pet was dying. They made a misdiagnosis and pet died as a result. Will never go back. Grieving the loss of a beloved pet as a result of their negligence.

This is one of the few 24/7 vet clinics around Melbourne, and much closer to home than Bundoora. If your animal needs emergency vetinary attention, these guys have vets on call after hours. Our cat needed such attention when most other vet practises were closed, and while it turned out to be nothing significant, it's good to know that such a place is available in an emergency.
