These people will cut every corner they can and rip you off at every chance they get. I had my car checked out after it started leaking coolant. I was told to let the problem progress before they could do anything about it. Not knowing a great deal about cars I took their word for it. A month or two later when the issue started to get really bad I booked my car back in and was told I needed a new radiator. I paid $600 and was told my car was fixed. Upon driving the car it was evident that the issue was not fixed what so ever but I had no option but to drive it as I had no other vehicle at the time. Less then a week later my car overheated and broke down on the side of the road. I rang luscombes, frustrated with the situation and they told me they would tow my car to their workshop free of charge and have a look at it for me. I dropped my keys off and was told they would ring me the following day to let me know what was wrong. A couple of days passes and I still hadn't heard from them so I had my father drop in and see what was going on. My father was charged $480 dollars for the work they had done to fix it a second time, work that was done without my knowledge or approval and $135 for the tow that I was told would be free of charge. I recommend avoiding these guys at all costs.
