In September 2018 I called Ryan for a battery on my sons Holden Astra, he not only came out on time but he fitted the new battery and went beyond the scope of works and made sure the alternator was charging the battery properly, I have nothing but the highest regard for this young man and would not hesitate to call him again or to recommend him to anyone that has battery problems. The prices are negligible for the service Ryan gives no complaints there, Keep up the good work my friend. Again in February 2019 Ryan came out and delivered a battery for my Audi and again with great customer service and a quality battery Thank you Good Job mate.
Today Saturday 2/2/19 was the dread of all car owners!My battery was FLAT!!I called the Battery Doctors in Whittlesea & within 1 hour as promised Ryan & Tracy were here & got the car re energised.I was extremly happy with their service & pleasant personalities.I would highly recommend this family company.Cathy in Wallan.

Ryan really takes time to know his clients. I called him late the other day asking about a flat battery and what to do with it. He took it and gave me a range of options to choose from. He then recommended a battery for me that wasn't the most expensive but the one most suited to my use for it. On top of this I said I needed the battery ASAP so he went and collected it from the manufacturers to give to me. This is something he did not need to do. It is nice to know there are people out there that really care for the people he serves. Keep up the great service. Can't recommend highly enough!!!!
